For buyers or sellers located overseas who cannot travel to Japan, we can act within the scope of your authorization to handle procedures such as receipt or payment of the purchase price and registration, and help you review documents and manage transaction progress. Funds are managed separately in a dedicated client account opened in the name of Judicial Scrivener Corporation NAGATO. The sale and purchase agreement can be signed through a partner licensed real estate broker, or directly by the buyer and the seller (in which case we prepare the contract documents).
